A. The society may be dissolved by a simple majority of the voting members present at the special members Meeting called for the purpose providing the quorum of 67% (2/3) of all financial members are present at such meeting. If a motion to dissolve the society is passed then a second members meeting will be called 28 days later to re-confirm that decision. The quorum of this second meeting will be 2/3rd of financial members. Upon the Society being wound up, all books, documents, posters, archives and general items of educational and historical interest shall be donated in whole or in part to such institutions , organisations or individuals whom the Society considers will best utilise such items in the interest of the Croatian Community of New Zealand.
B. All assets whatsoever not donated in accordance with paragraph (A) of this clause shall be sold and after payment of the Society’s debts the proceeds shall be donated to such organisation or institutions as in the opinion of the Society at special general meeting, will be best able to apply those funds for such purpose or projects as may best further the objects of the Society.
